Vitamin C is an antioxidant that helps to protect skin and improve the skin’s overall appearance. Vitamin C has a number of benefits, including hydration, reducing redness, reducing hyperpigmentation and preventing fine lines and wrinkles.
Vitamin C is safe to use on most skin types and enables skin to retain moisture better, giving it hydrating properties. Vitamin C also impedes melanin production (the pigment that gives your skin colour), so it can reduce the appearance of pigmentation and brighten your skin. Vitamin C is an anti-inflammatory agent, so it soothes redness and reduces puffiness. Vitamin C boosts collagen production, so it helps to prevent fine lines and wrinkles.
Vitamin C protects your skin from free radicals and harmful toxins, so it's best to use it in the morning. You should apply it after your cleanser but before your moisturiser, every day for best results.
Vitamin C also penetrates your skin more effectively if you exfoliate once a week.
You should always apply sunscreen as your final step before makeup when you’re using vitamin C serums, because vitamin C can make the skin more sensitive to sunlight.
In terms of other skincare ingredients, vitamin C can be combined with hyaluronic acid and other antioxidants. However, alpha and beta hydroxy acids, benzoyl peroxide and retinol should be used at different times of the day to vitamin C.

Always my go to Vitamin C
leaves skin moisturized without being greasy.
Not greasy and feels great on my skin under makeup.
I have used this product for many years. It only requires a small amount each morning. I use the Vitamin B serum in the evening. I always follow with the Aspect Dr moisturiser. The Eye Lift is wonderful too.
I would highly recommend it for tired dull skin.
