Refunds and Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from purchase to request a return.

We reserve the right to decline returns that don't meet our eligibility criteria.

Return Criteria

To be eligible for a return:

  • The packaging or product is faulty; or
  • You have had a reaction to the product (photographic evidence may be required); or
  • You have ordered the incorrect product (must be unopened and unused); or
  • You have had a change of mind (product must be unused, or only lightly used to determine its suitability).

Additionally:

  • The item must be free from physical damage caused by dropping or mistreatment; and
  • The item was purchased online at shop.vci.com.au.

NOTE: Our decision to refund or provide store credit for change of mind is made on a case-by-case basis and doesn't set a precedent. Please note that we are less likely to offer refunds, store credit or exchanges for products that have been significantly used, and any credits or refunds given may be partial.

Return Process

To start a return, you can contact us at onlinestore@vci.com.au. 

Include your order number, the product name, and let us know if you require a replacement item.

If your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once we receive your item, we will notify you on the status of your refund, credit or replacement after inspecting the item. Please allow 3 business days.

Refunds and Credits

Refunds are processed to your original payment method, and can take up to 5 business days to process, following approval. Please allow 3 working days for refunds to be processed by your credit card provider or purchasing merchant.

If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at onlinestore@vci.com.au.

Shipping costs are not refunded or credited.

If receiving a store credit you will receive this within 5 business days, following approval.
